AFLAN Care Ltd is led by a Managing Director with experience in adult health and social care, care management and service leadership. He holds an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Level 3 Safeguarding training, an MPhil in Research and a BSc in Education. Our Operational and Compliance Team is supported by experienced Registered Nurses with backgrounds in healthcare, care delivery and clinical practice. They provide additional professional support and oversight in areas including staff suitability, compliance, safe working practices and the delivery of high standards of care. Together, our leadership, operational and clinical support structure enables AFLAN Care Ltd to provide a professional, responsive and quality-focused staffing service to our partner organisations.
